Patients: Must provide accurate information when creating an account and booking appointments.

Healthcare Providers: Must verify their professional credentials before being listed on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments are not confirmed until accepted by the healthcare provider
• Cancellation policies are set by individual providers
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Protected health information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for the quality of healthcare services provided. We do not provide medical advice and do not guarantee the accuracy of provider information.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
